An accomplished guitarist with a BA in contemporary music, Alicia Charleston adds a wonderful new dimension to the line up. Proficient in many different genres, Alicia has a great groove and a wonderful vibrancy and energy about her playing.
When she is not performing, Alicia is head of the music department at the Northern Rivers Conservatorium (NSW). She has worked for the last 12 years, as a corporate musician, on various original projects in Melbourne. Alicia’s recording credits include releases by Manuhiri (AUS/NZ), Emaline Delapaix (AUS/CAN), The Anoushka (AUS) and Alicia-C project. Her songwriting commission credits for film, include Evelyn Everyone (2009) and On Her Shoulders (2011). We welcome Alicia to the line up.
Promotional Pack
With only two days in the studio to lay the beds for 20 songs - we did it! Furthermore, we had an absolute blast. 95% of what you hear, was cut in one take! Considering the tight time frame, we are proud of the end product. Considerable time was given to the mix down and mastering process, with a huge thanks to Matt Skea and his studio - Single Origin Sound.
